1. Full Container Orders

Once a deposit is made for a full container order, it is non-refundable.

Full container orders cannot be canceled or returned after the deposit has been received.

This policy is in place due to the customized manufacturing and logistics involved in fulfilling large-volume orders.

2. Single-Item & Drop-Ship Orders

Customers who order single items or drop-ship products may return them within 30 days of receipt.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
